What are the warranty terms and conditions?

Zero Damage guarantees the interlocking performance of the Interjoint steel connectors (Interjoint Terminals and Interjoint Brackets) until the product is fully installed. If the Interjoint Terminal or the Interjoint Bracket is broken or malfunctional when delivered, the company replaces the Interjoint steel component without charge. However, if some of the Interjoint connector components break during the installation due to the customer mishandling, the company is not responsible for that and could charge for the new component replacement and its shipping.

For the steel and wooden kits, Zero Damage guarantees the quality and performance of the kit components until delivered to the customer. In addition, Zero Damage allows a fifteen (15) calendar days period, starting when the kit is delivered, for claims and complaints. If Zero Damage manages the installation of the kit, then the fifteen-days period will start when the installation is completed. During the fifteen-days period, Zero Damage could partially or fully replace the kit or any of its components without charge if it was concluded that it was delivered with manufacturing defects and not because of the customer mishandling of the product. Zero Damage does not guarantee nor replace for free any steel, wooden or any other kit component beyond the fifteen-days period as previously defined for any damage including rust, paint damage, scratches, or the natural material deterioration.

If the installation is not managed by Zero Damage, the company will not be responsible for any damage caused to the kit components during the installation or due to the handling of the kit before and/or after the installation.
