Prohibited uses:  You may not use the Site’s services for illegal purposes, and you may not post, send, share or upload any inappropriate content or item. It is not allowed to use the content of the Site to infringe the rights of third parties. The use of any robot or crawler to access our Site is prohibited.

Disclaimer: You release Zero Damage LLC from any damage that may be caused to you or third parties by the use of the Site. You agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk. You will indemnify Zero Damage LLC and its affiliates for any damages and/or third party claims against you arising out of your use of the Site.

Cancelation: Zero Damage LLC reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice. Likewise, Zero Damage LLC reserves the right to prohibit entry to the Site.

Use and license: The user has no proprietary rights to the Site or Zero Damage. Likewise, you do not acquire any right or license over the Service and the content of the Site.

Use of information: We share user information only as described: The information we collect is provided by users when using our Services. We work closely with third parties and affiliated businesses. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on behalf of Zero Damage LLC. You consent that your information will be transmitted to these third parties. Trademark:  Zero Damage, the Name, its Logo and Design and other designs, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names that we provide in connection with your use of the Site are trademarks, registered or not, or the commercial and corporate image of Zero Damage LLC. You may use the Trademarks only as expressed herein. All other trademarks not owned by us but that appear on the Site in connection with the Services are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.

Use of Trademark: You may use the trademark and content on the Site for personal and educational purposes only. Commercial use of the trademark or any part of the Site is prohibited.

Waiver of rights: We will not be deemed to have waived any of our rights or resources, or any portion thereof, unless the waiver is in writing and signed by us. Our failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

Applicable Law

You agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of laws principles, shall govern the User Agreement and any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Zero Damage LLC.

Separability

If a Court of Law determines that any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the rest of the agreement will continue in force.

Estos son los términos y Condiciones (“Términos y Condiciones”) aplicables al acceso y uso del sitio o página en Internet (el “Sitio”) de Zero Damage LLC por cualquier persona (el “Usuario”). El continuar utilizando el Sitio, o cualquier servicio ofrecido en el Sitio, implicará la aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones por parte de los usuarios. Favor leer cuidadosamente los mismos. 

Usted declara haber leído y aceptado estos términos y condiciones de Zero Damage LLC y acepta no utilizar ningún servicio o información provista para propósitos ilegales y a no interferir o intervenir con ningún servicio o red conectada a el Sitio.

Este Acuerdo del Usuario es efectivo al acceder y usar nuestros Servicios a través del registro del Sitio o cualquier otro medio electrónico que le dirija a el Sitio.

Precios: Todos los precios especificados en este Sitio están actualizados al momento de su publicación y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso.

Conexión por enlaces externos: Al entrar al Sitio a través de un enlace, usted declara que ha leído y acuerda regirse por estos Términos y Condiciones.

Usos prohibidos: Usted no puede utilizar los servicios del Sitio para propósitos ilegales, de igual manera no puede publicar, enviar, compartir o subir cualquier elemento o contenido inapropiado. Cancelación: Zero Damage LLC se reserva el derecho de cancelar cualquier cuenta en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. De igual manera Zero Damage LLC se reserva el derecho de prohibir la entrada al Sitio.

Uso y licencia: El usuario no tiene ningún derecho propietario sobre el Sitio o Zero Damage LLC. De igual manera no adquiere ningún derecho o licencia sobre el Servicio y el contenido del Sitio.

Marca Comercial:  Zero Damage, su Nombre, su Logo y Diseño y otros diseños, gráficos, logos, encabezados de páginas, íconos de botones, “scripts”, guiones y nombres de servicios que proveemos en conexión con su uso del Sitio son marcas (“Trademarks”), registradas o no, o la imagen comercial de Zero Damage LLC. Usted puede usar las Trademarks solamente como se expresa aquí. Toda otra marca (“Trademark”) que no nos pertenezca pero que aparece en el Sitio en conexión con los Servicios son de la propiedad de sus respectivos dueños, quienes puede o puede que no estén afiliados con, conectados a, o patrocinados por nosotros.

Uso de Marca Comercial: Solamente podrá utilizar la marca comercial y el contenido del Sitio solo para fines personales y educativos. Se prohíbe el uso comercial de la marca comercial o cualquier parte del Sitio.

Renuncia de derechos. No se considerará que hemos renunciado a ninguno de nuestros derechos o recursos, o una porción de estos, a menos que la renuncia sea por escrito y firmada por nosotros. Ley Aplicable

Usted acepta que las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes, gobernarán el Acuerdo del Usuario y cualquier reclamación o disputa que haya surgido o pueda surgir entre usted y Zero Damage LLC.

Separabilidad

Si un Tribunal de Derecho determina que cualquier cláusula de este Acuerdo es nula, el resto del acuerdo continuará en vigor.
